We’re Celebrating Teachers This Month and Always!

It’s time once again for Teach Appreciation Week! We do things a little different at Pear Deck — here, we celebrate educators the entire month of May! One week simply isn’t enough time to celebrate all the hard work you and other teachers do year-round. 

It takes all types 

Every teacher has their own unique style of teaching, whether it be traditional, innovative, nurturing, etc. But it doesn’t change the fact you always have one goal in mind: to ensure your students get the best education possible. 

When we say it takes every type of teacher to help students succeed, we don’t just mean it takes every subject (such as math, science, or ELA). We know it takes creative teachers, hands-on teachers, teachers who delegate, teachers who are rockstars at making lectures interesting, student-centered teachers — the list goes on! In other words: it takes all of you to build students into happy, healthy, intellectually curious adults. From the creative social science teacher to the impeccably organized art teacher, you’re all an irreplaceable piece of the student learning puzzle.
