The Fourth Annual Peary Awards
Pear Deck was founded by educators, so we know just how much time, effort, and passion goes into your work — and how often that hard work goes unrecognized!
Each year, the Peary Awards celebrate outstanding educators and schools who embody Pear Deck’s values and encourage students to engage with teachers, classmates, and new ideas every day.

Voting is officially closed
We went live on Tuesday, February 21 to announce our winners of the fourth annual Peary Awards! Watch the winner announcement video below.

How to nominate outstanding educators for a Peary Award
The Peary Awards include 6 categories for recognition. Every year, we look for outstanding examples and stories that bring each category description to life!

Review the categories and select the one(s) that best fits the educator(s) you want to celebrate. Complete the form(s) by Thursday, January 26 to submit a nomination!

After collecting nominations, a team of Pear Deck Certified Coaches will review nominations and create a short list of five finalists for each category.

Between Thursday, February 9 and Thursday, February 16 vote for a winner of each category. The entries with the most votes in each category will win! Winners will be announced on February 21 via a livestream and also shared on social media, this landing page, and email.
