Integrate your learning system with Pear Deck

Your Learning Management System (LMS) is a vital space where educators and students access resources and engage with content in exciting and creative ways. Pear Deck provides simple integrations with commonly-used systems to help educators deliver engaging content in an efficient way.

Benefits to enabling Pear Deck in your LMS:

  • Simplifies the process of installing and authorizing Pear Deck district-wide
  • Allows teachers to add Pear Deck lessons (student-paced or live lesson) directly into course materials
  • Directs students to automatically join the Pear Deck lesson from the LMS — no join code needed
  • Enhances security for remote classes — assignments will be locked to class rosters, meaning no one outside the class will be able to join
  • Provides a centralized way for educators to organize and share their digital resources
  • Establishes a single access point for students to view course materials, complete coursework, collaborate with peers, and receive feedback from their instructors

Google Classroom

With Google Classroom Integration, you can invite your Google Classroom classes directly from the Projector View or the private Dashboard View of any Pear Deck session. You can also automatically share your Pear Deck Student Takeaways™ to Classroom at the end of the session.

Schoology

Integration with Schoology allows teachers to assign a Pear Deck session as an assignment (Student-Paced or live) in Schoology. Students will be able to join directly from the LMS — no join code needed! Teachers will be able to view student progress, offer feedback on specific answers, and ultimately grade the assignment, all from within Schoology.

This integration is available only to users who have a district-wide or school-wide subscription to Pear Deck. Please ask your Pear Deck contact if you are eligible, or reach out to help@peardeck.com if you have questions.

Teachers will be able to view student progress, offer feedback on specific answers, and ultimately grade the assignment, all from within Canvas.

This integration is available only to users who have a district-wide or school-wide subscription to Pear Deck. Please ask your Pear Deck contact if you are eligible, or reach out to help@peardeck.com if you have questions.

Microsoft Teams

With the Pear Deck Add-In for Teams, teachers can start a Pear Deck session directly from within Teams! Just open a new tab, choose Pear Deck, select the lesson you want to launch from your PowerPoint files, and voilà! — a new Pear Deck session is ready to go and your Teacher Dashboard view is already embedded, giving you total control over the session.

Students will get a notification that the Pear Deck session has started and will be able to join the session in Teams. No wasted time directing students to a new website or getting a code. Just a fast, seamless experience.
