Sales Territory Manager

The Sales Territory Manager role at Pear Deck is about building and managing relationships with schools and districts in a particular geographic territory. The Territory Manager can nurture relationships in their territory and help schools bring full student engagement to each of their classrooms.

Things you might do on a given day

  • Develop strategies for your territory in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams
  • Demonstrate the power of Pear Deck to business via phone, email, and social
  • Conduct onsite visits to promote, develop, and close prospective and existing customers
  • Travel to Google Apps for Educators Summits
  • Lead workshops to demo Pear Deck and show teachers how they can start using Pear Deck tomorrow
  • Lead high-energy demo slams
  • Connect with educators


  • Passion, enthusiasm, gregariousness- you’ll be connecting with educators daily
  • Tech Savvy - aside from deep knowledge of Pear Deck, you’ll need to be able to pick up new tools we use to operate, keep track of accounts, run demos, etc.
  • Public Speaking - you’ll need to feel comfortable in front of a small AND large crowd
